Flawless Delivery
I came across an article recently written by members of the hospitality and tourism industry. The subject was “Flawless Delivery: Empowering Alabama’s Hospitality and Tourism Industry.” The article described an initiative underwritten by Alabama’s tourism industry, which has proven very successful.
The article struck a chord with me. “Flawless Delivery” is akin to “Perfection,” something we strive for every day in all phases of Standard’s business. For me, the most important takeaway from the article is observing an entire industry making a collective effort to work hard to improve each of their delivery systems to provide their tourism product or service flawlessly—with the ultimate (collective) goal of providing the highest visitor satisfaction possible.
Here at Standard, we “Strive for Perfection” across every department in our company with the goal of providing flawless delivery of our services to customers, because we know this commitment is the only way we can ultimately be excellent in all we do to serve our customers!
