As we were creating our Core Values several years ago, we also developed tenants to create guidance for others to be able to deliver on each Core Value. In this case, our primary Core Value is to be a Customer-Focused company.

The tenets that will result in our success being a Customer-Focused company include being a Team Player, maintaining an “Above and Beyond” Attitude, and striving to create “Wow” Moments for Standard Customers. By continuously and consistently working to abide by these 3 tenants, customers will know we are focused on them. This allows for mutual trust between Standard and our clients, keeping Standard top of mind for quality and commitment when they recommend us or call on us to complete their next project.
