Thankful for You
At a recent quarterly management meeting, we were reminded by our outsourced strategic marketing partner of the target groups of people that each contribute to our success. This exercise often leads first to suggesting your current clients and of course your employees. However, when we dig a little deeper into our organization, it is quickly apparent that Facility and Plant Managers and Roof Consultants, Architects, and Engineering Firms have been instrumental to our success, especially over the last 10+ years.
While Standard is known for delivering quality workmanship and standing behind our work, we also have a reputation for taking on some of the most challenging and demanding reroofing and building envelope maintenance work in the geography we serve. Those challenges can include short timelines to complete the work, specific attributes of the roofing material being installed, architectural and/or aesthetic requirements of the project, the inhabitants or sensitive contents of the buildings, or even the location of the project. And the reality is, the work we often win involves several of these challenges layered together.
We are challenged by challenging work. Our entire team is excited and energized by the type of work that we perform. And it even drives our attention to safety and the quality of our workmanship. We are thankful for getting to wake up every day and know that we are helping customers solve difficult challenges. And we are thankful for everyone who is involved in recommending Standard to help solve those challenges.
